Ordering and Shipping

Returns and Refunds
Our custom products can’t be returned for style, fit, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free reprint or refund under Printify’s policy. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or website chat, including clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of your pup’s needs!
